We have played at Root 44 multiple times during the past year. Primarily as the core Doppler Effect duo, but also Mark has performed as an acoustic guitar duo with his brother. Stuart, and also as an acoustic trio called Ol’ Friends with Eddy Vink in Bass. We have also performed as Wroxeter, a four-piece southern rock band made up of the Doppler Effect duo and the Ol’ Friends duo.
Root 44 is a great venue and great market. Very family friendly with lots of food and drinks, and a wide range of craft stalls. Market management is progressive and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful.
